My name is Christos Pliatsikas. I have been a beekeeper for 15 years. The love, the interest for nature, the countryside and by extension for the primary sector pushed me to be active in this sector despite the fact that I am a graduate of the Economics Department of the University of Thessaly.
All these years I have attended relevant seminars organized by the Aristotle University and maintain constant communication and cooperation with the relevant department. The goal is none other than my continuous development as a professional but also the improvement of my products by faithfully following the instructions and modern European standards.
My headquarters is the village of Kileler in the prefecture of Larissa where my facilities are also located.
Our products are distinguished by their exceptional quality, but their real value lies in the experience they offer. It is touching to hear from our customers, especially the older ones, how our honey brings back moments from the past. Memories full of simplicity and warmth of family moments, which remind them of their childhood and the sweet, unforgettable tastes of the old days. These stories are the biggest prize for us as they prove the authenticity and power of our products to touch people's hearts.
The honey is preserved in special dormancy chambers and in ideal conditions of applied temperature away from light and moisture, in order to maintain unchanged both its nutrients and its taste since the product is not exposed to any changes in weather conditions, until moment of its packaging.
